A German study found vitamin C can help reduce stress and return blood pressure to normal levels, so foods like oranges are stress busters.  Center for Autism at Cleveland Clinic: Jaxon's StoryJaxon Buerge couldn't feed himself, had no self help skills, couldn't play, screamed and cried, had no language and was overall miserable as a child. The Buerges found out Jaxon had autism and couldn't get any help. They found the Center for Autism at Cleveland Clinic. They made a life saving decision to enroll Jaxon here and moved from Missouri to Ohio. The center uses a science based program called applied behavioral analysis ABA. ABA uses an intensive one on one interaction using a system of rewards and positive reinforcement between teacher and child. The program is 8 hours a day 5 days a week of highly structured work for two years.
